Then again, there are still some places that he hasn't seen yet. He's going to certainly watch how they play this fall, and he's building relationships. Do you have any expectations when Manning may want to make a public commitment? The Spirit: Quarterbacks tend to make their commitments early in the recruiting process. It will be interesting to see what games he's able to get to this fall and how that fits around his schedule with his games and what big games are going on the weekends he's available to go see some ball games and see some atmospheres." From an Ole Miss perspective, you're happy he came when he did. But he also worked that around being a team captain and taking that seriously and preparing for a junior season.I think there are some schools he wanted to go see that he hasn't had a chance to go see. Obviously, they were able to put together some trips to see Clemson and then Texas and SMU and Alabama and Georgia and then Ole Miss.
